Our professionally run fitness bootcamps offer an opportunity to build your strength and endurance. The sessions are a mix of strength, metabolic, cardio and muscular endurance training that will suit any fitness level from beginners to athletes.
Working in a small group the trainer will deliver a workout session that can be scaled up or down to suit your fitness level and ability.
