Rahillah was born and brought up in Glasgow. She is a mum to 4 energetic boys and works part time as an optometrist. Rahillah became more interested in the outdoors as she started to encourage more outdoor play and exploring in her own children. Since then she has started mentoring young people for the Duke of Edinburgh Award; helping them explore the outdoors and try new activities. She also manages ladies badminton classes throughout the week and is a walk volunteer for Bonnie Boots walking group.
